Thank you for shopping with George Pet World. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping rates
• FREE shipping on all orders over $49
• A flat rate of $4.95 applies to orders under $49

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Where's my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or your tracking hasn't updated, email us at micj7961@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at micj7961@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (photos help) and we'll make it right — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, so accuracy helps your order reach you fast.
